Crouse Construction capabilities include jobsite supervision, jobsite safety, demolition, and carpentry (ground up construction and remodeling for both rough & finish work). CCC has extensive experience providing and managing architectural, engineering and design services. We have long established relationships with a broad base of expert sub-contractors in the bay area for trades such as Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Controls, Painting, Roofing, Concrete, Fire Protection Systems, and Flooring systems. Our long establishes partnerships with our subcontractors have produced many successful and quality construction projects throughout the bay area.
We begin all our projects with pre-construction meetings to ensure that all parties are aware of the timetable & requirements of the project. Our project superintendent will keep the client and the team up-to-date with regular meetings and updated schedules.
Safety is a top priority for our company. We strive to make all job sites clear of unsafe work conditions. Our company policy and the policy we expect from our subcontractors is that unsafe working conditions on our jobsites are unacceptable and will never be tolerated.
