We do live in an active earthquake area and older buildings often need significant modifications to minimize the risk of future seismic events. This is a service that we have provided for many years. In addition to structural building modifications, we have extensive experience involving seismic anchoring for laboratory equipment and furniture within an office space. We are also capable of providing ADA upgrades for building egress and access, site access, and restroom improvements.
